The Delhi winter chill only reinforces the urge to eat ice cream. There’s no ice cream melting on to your hands and the floor, and there are no long lines at your favorite ice cream store. And the cold creamy goodness only makes your jackets, scarves and blankets cosier. There’s no better excuse to leave your house for a walk or drive to an ice cream cart; or to stay in and enjoy it under a razai while watching a movie. And really, there’s no reason or season for ice cream.
